Council members were able to vote from their own mobile devices and remotely from home.
Complying with the usual requirements of the éKratos Voting Platform, providing Transparency, Security and Simplicity, the Consultation was configured for all members of the Organization, with the use of Secret Ballot and the impossibility of duplicity of the same, guaranteeing the total Traceability of the process thanks to the éKratos blockchain technology, which allows each voter to certify by himself, that his vote has been correctly counted.
